Proposed scheme 1: Rectangle
The concept behind this scheme is to illustrate the limitation and
possibilities of using a standard rectalinear floor plan. It allows for
maximum use and flexibility for any size family and the counter
placement further enables this to become the center hub of the
dwelling unit. Cross ventilation helps cool the building in the summer
and the optional rear door allows for direct circulation on one side of
the dwelling unit. |
