Proposed scheme 3: Split
This concept takes a radical approach to what a dwelling unit can be.
It proposes a split from a single roof dwelling unit and creates a micro-village. Two separate spaces are connected by an outdoor multi-use
area. This enables the habitants to maximize their environment, while still retaining a sense of home. Each enclosed room can be used as
either living or bedroom functions. To further distinguish the two, the
use of masonry block and stucco is proposed for each enclosed space. |
